In order to serve you better, please consider these conditions, preparing your answers before you call for consultation. Are you experiencing:

- Open sores, healing wounds?

- Do you have any hardware in your body, ie replaced hip, knee, shoulder, pins, ports, drains...
- Have you ever had any radiation other than regular x-rays?

Before Your Massage
- Eat lightly before you massage
- If applicable, stretch and use heat or ice.
- You may want to wait until after the session to apply makeup or hair spray
During Your Massage
- During your massage, your body is draped throughout the session with only the area being worked on exposed as needed.
- I will be glad to answer any questions, but please keep conversation to a minimum as your care requires focus and concentration.
After Your Massage
- After your massage it may be beneficial to drink plenty of water, take a warm epsom salt bath and keep your appointments for therapy and maintenance.
